Westbrook says he’s going to keep taking ‘advantage’ of little guards

Russell Westbrook is going to keep rocking the baby this season.

He infamously unveiled a new move this season that has been dubbed the ‘Rockabye Baby’ celebration where he’ll imitate rocking a baby after scoring over a smaller point guard.

Westbrook was first asked about the move earlier this season against the Clippers when he was guarded by Patrick Beverley and he said little guards just need to be rocked.

“You’ve got little babies, put them to sleep,” Westbrook said on Oct. 30. “You’ve got little kids on you. That’s what happens. Little guards, you gotta to rock ’em.”

After the Thunder picked up a win over the Hornets on Friday night, Westbrook revealed what we can expect from him with that move this season.

Since first debuting the move this season, he has broken it out against the Clippers, Wizards, Warriors and now the Hornets.

With the Thunder set to take on the Nuggets on Saturday night, Denver players will need to be on the lookout.
