Scouting report: This is the first game of the three-game season series, with the Heat playing in Philadelphia only once. The teams also meet April 9 at AmericanAirlines Arena. … This is the first meeting since the 76ers ousted the Heat 4-1 in the first round of last season's playoffs. … The teams have split a four-game season series each of the past two years. … The 76ers have not won a regular-season game in Miami since Dec. 23, 2014. … The game concludes a four-game homestand for the Heat, the third of their "Vice Nights" home games. … This is the second stop on a three-game trip for the 76ers. … The 76ers in the offseason added Wilson Chandler and Mike Muscala, but lost outside-shooting specialists Marco Belinelli and Ersan Ilyasova. They then dealt Heat playoff nemesis Dario Saric as well as Robert Covington and Jerryd Bayless to the Timberwolves for Jimmy Butler and Justin Patton. … The Heat have lost five of their last seven, entering off Saturday's 116-110 loss to the Wizards. … The 76ers are coming off Saturday's 112-106 overtime loss in Memphis, at 1-6 on the road this season. … Dion Waiters (ankle), James Johnson (hernia) and Dwyane Wade (paternity leave) are out for the Heat, with Yante Maten on G League assignment. … For the 76ers, Mike Muscala (nose) and Zhaire Smith (foot) are out, with Butler and Patton not expected to join the team until later in the week.
