[The Duel will come out with a $10 parlay angle every day, tracking success on a rolling seven-day span. In the last seven days, The Duel staff has gone 3-4 in parlay bets with a +$46.43 payout differential. Overall, we're down $54.70].

Game 1: New York Knicks (+7.5, -110) @ Detroit Pistons, 7:00 p.m. EST

Betting on the Knicks is scary at face value, but bear with us on this one. Among the five NBA road teams playing tonight, the Knicks (5-5-0) and Hawks (5-5-1) actually boast the strongest records against the spread as away underdogs.

Throw in the fact that despite the Pistons covering 58.8 percent of spreads this year, with an impressive (10-7) overall ATS record, Detroit is a lousy 2-4 against the spread playing as a home favorite this season.

Game 2: Toronto Raptors @ Memphis Grizzlies (+5, -110), 8:00 p.m. EST

We're going to stick with the NBA ATS trends in this one too. While Toronto is one of the best overall teams in the NBA thus far, the Grizzlies are one of the best ATS teams in the league. More importantly, Memphis is the second-best ATS team (7-2) in the league when playing at home this season, covering 77.8 percent of spreads at FedEx Forum. Meanwhile, the Raptors are just 2-3-1 ATS as away favorites thus far. The Grizzlies have dropped two in a row, including their last game at home to the Knicks, so look for Memphis to get back on track tonight.

Game 3: NC State Wolfpack @ No. 22 Wisconsin Badgers (-6.5, -110), 9 p.m. EST

OK, enough with the ATS trends and even the NBA, we promise. Here's a college basketball game to finish off this three-team parlay.

NC State (6-0) may be undefeated compared to the Badgers' 5-1 record, but it's important to take a closer look at the résumés between them. Mercer – ranked No. 214 of 353 in RPI – is the best team the Wolfpack have defeated (by four points, no less), but that's not all. The average RPI ranking across NC State's six opponents thus far comes out to roughly No. 269. If cupcake schedules could be exemplified, look no further than NC State's first six wins this season.

On the other hand, the Badgers have already defeated Xavier, Oklahoma, Stanford and their only loss was to No. 4 Virginia by seven points in a game where they held the Cavaliers to just 53 points.

$10 Parlay Payout = $59.58
