Kendall Jenner cheers on Ben Simmons Philadelphia 76ers vs Cleveland Cavaliers

The Philadelphia 76ers perfect home record in 2018 has been destroyed by the Cleveland Cavaliers in a 121-112 upset.

Philadelphia commentators said it was “as bad as we’ve seen them play this season”.

It was the 76ers first loss in 20 games at home dating back to last season.

Aussie superstar Ben Simmons was not at his best but still finished with 22 points, four rebounds and 10 assists.

But the attention was firmly on the sidelines as former flame Kendall Jenner cheered on the Aussie star from the sidelines against her sister Khloe Kardashian’s on-again-off-again partner Tristan Thompson of the Cavaliers.

The reigning NBA rookie of the year must be wondering if his life has become an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians after recent games.

Simmons famously battled it out with Detroit Pistons star and fellow Jenner ex Blake Griffin earlier this month and the appearance reignited talk the pair may be a rekindle their romance.

While it was the 76ers who won the war in that match with a 109-99 win, Simmons failed to fire in that contest as well, ending with nine points, five rebounds, five assists and five steals.

It’s not the first time in recent weeks Jenner has cheers on Simmons with the model sitting in a box when the 76ers played the Nets earlier this month.

The pair had been dating in May but the romance was reported over in September although the latest appearance has set tongues wagging, although reps have reportedly stayed mum on the couple reuniting.

Social media was buzzing with Jenner’s appearance.

The 76ers home loss was their first of the season and were the last side to lose their unbeaten record at home.

Facing a Cavaliers side who had won just two of its first 16 games this season, it was thought the 76ers would stroll to victory.

The Cavs scored the first seven points and grabbed an eight-point lead after the first quarter but Philadelphia hit back to draw level at halftime.

While Cleveland would be expected to fall away, the side showed great resilience, hitting back in the final quarter and getting out to a 15-point lead late in the game to run away with the win.

Rodney Hood starred for the Cavs with 25 points, while Collin Sexton contributed 23, while Joel Embiid topped the 76ers scorers with 24, while JJ Redick (23), Simmons and Butler (22) all contributed.
