How will rotations change once Luke Kennard returns?

As Zach Lowe pointed out in his weekly “10 things I like and don’t like” column, the Detroit Pistons are in terrible need of shooting on the wing.

I think some of this will be corrected naturally with time. Reggie Bullock is currently shooting a putrid 23 percent from three, which is easily the lowest of his career (by a lot).

It would be a surprise to see him stay at that lowly level for the remainder of the season, but I do think something needs to change while he works out the kinks in his game. The two starting lineups featuring Bullock have a comically bad net rating of -7.7 and -29.7.

I also think the team is hurting from Luke Kennard‘s absence. While there was speculation as to why Dwane Casey wasn’t playing him much to start the year, it’s undeniable that he is one of the best shooters on the team.

I believe adding him to the starting lineup will allow another credible shooter to space the floor so Blake Griffin and Andre Drummond can go to work.
