Even a turn-back-the-clock performance by Dwyane Wade wasn’t enough for the Miami Heat to turn the tide against the Toronto Raptors on Sunday night. Wade, playing in his 16th and final season, put up 35 points to go with five rebounds and six assists in his second-last visit to Toronto — a 125-115 Raptors victory. The last time the 36-year-old veteran, who was averaging 13.1 points heading in, scored 35 in a regular-season game was Nov. 4, 2016. His total marked the most ever by a Heat backup. The Raptors were led by a 29-point night from Kawhi Leonard, backed by Pascal Siakam’s 21. The Raptors led for the bulk of the 48 minutes and have won five in a row for the third time this season. Wade’s last regular-season game at Scotiabank Arena will be April 7.
