McMillan talks about Holiday, playing at the tempo they want

Aaron Holiday's breakout party continued Monday. He scored 19 points off the bench as the Indiana Pacers (without Victor Olaidpo) routed the Utah Jazz 121-94.
Holiday slammed home a bucket in the closing minutes off a backdoor cut and a nice pass from Kyle O'Quinn. It brought the bench and the crowd to their feet.
Holiday, a first-round pick from UCLA, had a breakout game a few nights earlier, scoring 12 in a comeback win over the Atlanta Hawks. On Monday night, he was 7-of-10 from the field in 21 minutes, including 2-of-4 on 3-pointers, with seven rebounds.
"I think that kid has earned the right to be out on the floor, and he's waited. He's been patient," coach Nate McMillan said, adding that he could expand his rotation to 10 players to include Holiday more. "I love that intensity he brings to the floor. He's scrapping. He's pressuring the ball, and he's making shots."
