The Milwaukee Bucks head out on the road after a six-game homestand to visit Kemba Walker and the Charlotte Hornets at the Spectrum Center.
Almost 40 days removed from their thrilling season opener in the same building, the Milwaukee Bucks and Charlotte Hornets will again meet in the Spectrum Center on Monday night.
On that occasion, the Bucks held on for a thrilling one-point victory, in spite of allowing the Hornets to climb out of a 20-point hole to create an unnecessarily nerve-racking finish.
Mike Budenholzer’s team would likely gladly accept the same outcome this time around, although the hope would be for a steadier performance throughout the duration of the game’s 48 minutes.
Still, achieving any kind of routine win against these Hornets is arguably easier said than done, considering the generally improved standard of their play so far this season.
Working in the Bucks’ favor slightly is the schedule, as while Milwaukee had the luxury of rest on Sunday, the Hornets were on the road in Atlanta to play the Hawks.
