More than a year after listing his Pinecrest mansion for sale, Miami Heat guard Tyler Johnson has sold the 9,476-square foot property, according to reports and records.
The Los Angeles Times reports the mansion was sold for $4.35 million. Johnson bought the home for $4.82 million two years ago, the outlet reported.
The home, which was built in 2009, “has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two half bathrooms, a dual chef’s kitchen, an elevator, an entertainment den with a bar and pool tables and a media room/theater,” the South Florida Business Journal reported.
The two-story home, which has an elevator service for both floors, also has a half of a basketball court in the back.
Johnson signed a four-year, $50 million contract with the Heat in 2016. He’s averaging 11.4 points and 3.3 rebounds per game through 16 games this season.
